To install these libraries, download the files and then unzip them in your Libraries directory (NoteTab v4.5x) or your NoteTab program directory (NoteTab v4.0 or older). Please note that some of the more recent libraries may only work with NoteTab v4.5 or higher!

Use this library to perform very efficient off-line validation of your Web pages. The analysis and reporting is practically the same as that of W3C HTML Validator. Note that this is real validation, since the syntax of the document is checked against the SGML definition of the corresponding mark-up language.
