To install these libraries, download the files and then unzip them in your Libraries directory (NoteTab v4.5x) or your NoteTab program directory (NoteTab v4.0 or older). Please note that some of the more recent libraries may only work with NoteTab v4.5 or higher!

This library assists with authoring HTML Help files. It's probably only suitable for small-ish projects and for e-books. A .chm file developed with the aid of the clip library as well as a README file is included in the ZIP file. This is version 0.1, and is regarded by the author as being a BETA version.
